We've been lazily toying with the idea of Norn Iron Maiden for years.

Probably not going to ever get it up and running so if any one wants lyrics or ideas such like just 'tweet' me.
Iron Maiden's music could sound pretty awesome on traditional folk instruments.
And Eddie would look great with a lambeg drum...
